- If you have symptoms, you must call ahead!
- For general medical questions, call the Indiana COVID-19 Call Center. The primary purpose of the call center is to provide guidance from the CDC to healthcare providers and the public. Call center staff will not offer personal medical advice or provide test results.

Returning from Vacations
- If you are returning from vacation, self quarantine for (5) five days. Do not leave the house and if you develop symptoms, call one of the hospital numbers listed above immediately.
