**Projects located in the City of Rochester, Town of Fulton, Town of Akron, and Town of Kewanna, will need approval from your local Water and Wastewater Departments, as well as, drainage approval from the Fulton County Drainage Board prior to obtaining permits. Approvals can be submitted to the Plan Commission office in writing or e-mailed to FCAPC@co.fulton.in.us

Projects located in Nyona Lake/South Mud Lake and Lake Bruce will need approval from the Conservancy and drainage approval from the Fulton County Drainage Board, prior to obtaining permits.

Projects located in the unincorporated County will need obtain a septic permit or approval from the Fulton County Health Department, prior to obtaining permits.
