ONLY at the Fulton County Health Department. To schedule an appointment

vaccines can be obtained at the Fulton County Health Department by calling
the Public Health Nurse at (574) 223-5152.
Please contact the Public Health Nurse to schedule an appointment
and to discuss the fees associated with the administration of these
vaccines.
