Powell called To Order this Annual Bid Letting, November 3, 2006, at 10:08 a.m., E.S.T., for the opening of Bids for County Highway Supplies and County Office Supplies & Materials. Present were Commissioners Richard A. Powell, Roger D. Rose, and Leslie Walters; also, Highway Superintendent Scott Tilden, Asst. Supervisor Mike Clark and First Deputy Penny Shireman.
